Yes, we require being spayed or neutered by 7 months of age.

2. Once they pass, you will be extended a link to register information about yourself and your fur-baby, along with pics, and vaccination records if you have them handy. (If not, our staff will work to get that information for you)
3. Pick a membership option, and schedule a service (Hoteling, enrichment daycare, spa, etc)

Ruffined requires proof of up-to-date vaccinations from a vet for all fur-members for the following vaccinations/health examinations.

• Bordetella (every 6 months if administered orally, yearly if administered via injection or intranasally)
• Distemper/DHPP/DA2PP
• Rabies
• Flea Preventative
• Canine Influenza (strongly recommended but not required.)

If you don’t have your vaccination records readily available, we’re happy to assist you in obtaining them from your veterinarian.

Yes, in general, all breeds are welcome at Ruffined. However, each fur baby must successfully complete an initial evaluation and adhere to the same set of rules, regardless of their breed.

As a membership-based facility, every dog undergoes an evaluation, and only members can participate. This tailored approach streamlines the booking process compared to other facilities, while enabling us to cultivate meaningful bonds with your fur baby and create a sense of comfort and familiarity among their pack mates.

At Ruffined, the safety and well-being of our fur-members are our top priorities, which is why we don’t offer all-day play. While doggy daycares are becoming increasingly popular as more pet parents seek socialization and stimulation for their furry companions, it’s important to avoid overstimulation. Continuous, non-stop play can lead to issues such as over-exhaustion, over-arousal (which may result in aggression), and overheating—especially under the Georgia sun! To ensure our fur-members have an enjoyable experience while staying comfortable and safe, we incorporate small breaks between play sessions. Just like humans benefit from resting during physical activities, so do our pups!

To prioritize the safety and comfort of our enrichment daycare members, we organize playgroups based on dogs’ size, temperament, and play style. Each group is carefully supervised by our skilled Ambassadors.

Enrichment daycare members enjoy dynamic play sessions with their fur-iends, followed by relaxing in their personal suites to recharge for the next adventure. Playgroups rotate throughout the day, and frequent potty breaks for added convenience.

No. At Ruffined, we provide both hoteling and Daycamp—our unique take on daycare—available exclusively from Monday to Friday. On weekends, we shift to hoteling services, where our furry guests can still enjoy playful interactions with other hoteling companions.

Ruffined operates as a membership-based facility, requiring all fur babies and their parents to be registered members to participate in enrichment daycare,  hoteling and waterpark. This model enables us to carefully manage capacity while allowing us to build personal connections with each fur baby, ensuring we deliver the highest standard of care tailored to their needs.

Opt for either the Ultimate Fur-iends or Basic Pooch packages, both offered on a month-to-month basis with pricing that reflects the level of benefits. The Basic Pooch package also requires an annual enrollment fee.

All packages are billed monthly and renew every 30 days from your sign-up date. For instance, if your membership starts on the 5th of the month, it will auto-renew on the 5th each following month.

You’re welcome to adjust your package—downgrades are permitted once every 90 days, while upgrades can be made anytime. Although you may upgrade, in some instances there could be a waitlist. Upgrades may require a brief waiting period until availability opens up, but current Ultimate Fur-iends members always receive priority access to available days. To modify your package, please notify us before your membership renewal date. Once your package renews for the month, changes to the tier will no longer be possible.

Both Ultimate Fur-iends and Basic Pooch memberships require a 30-day cancellation notice. After receiving your cancellation request, your membership will renew one final time, during which your last invoice will be processed.

To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that all enrichment daycare and hoteling be reserved in advance, so our team is prepared to welcome your fur baby. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Reservations can be arranged through our member portal or by reaching out to Ruffined directly via email or phone. You will receive an email confirmation for each reservation request, indicating whether it has been accepted or denied. If a reservation is denied, the email will include the specific reason, such as expired vaccinations or the facility being at full capacity.

We recommend making reservations as early as possible once your care needs are confirmed. Hoteling and enrichment daycare often reach full capacity around major holidays, so advanced booking is highly advised. Ultimate Fur-iends members receive priority access, followed by Basic Pooch members. Please note that reservations for major U.S. holidays, such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. To avoid forfeiting this non-refundable deposit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date. Additionally, a $5/day surcharge is applied to the three days before and after these holidays.

We maintain a waitlist for enrichment daycare and hoteling reservations. To be added, please reach out to your facility directly.

Because we manage our services based on capacity, we kindly ask that any unneeded reservations be canceled 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in day. If no cancellation is received and your pup is not dropped off, it will be marked as a No Call/No Show. Our team will provide a courtesy call and a credit will be deducted.
